About the role

The Head of Warehouse & Logistics Management will lead the end‑to‑end inventory, warehousing and distribution functions across all locations nationwide. This senior position is responsible for ensuring optimal asset utilisation, operational excellence and compliance with regulatory and customs requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, optimise asset utilisation and minimise ageing, obsolete and excess stock.
• Oversee warehouse capacity, material handling processes and CWIP, ensuring high‑performing logistics operations.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs, drive continuous improvement, automation and productivity initiatives.
• Lead nationwide logistics, demand planning, replenishment and transportation performance to support business growth.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance, robust customs clearance and audit remediation.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and monitor service provider performance against SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related numerical sciences.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain leadership.
• Proven track record in inventory optimisation, process improvement and cost‑efficient operations.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and compliance frameworks.
