Head of Strategy & Growth

About the role

The Head of Strategy & Growth will lead the company’s commercial and strategic initiatives across business development, partnerships, marketing, and public relations. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and shaping the brand’s premium positioning within the hospitality sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, strategic alliances and high‑value partnerships.
• Define and execute brand positioning, marketing strategy and communications to strengthen market presence.
• Lead pipeline development, conversion, and customer acquisition and retention efforts.
• Manage corporate communications, public relations and reputation management.
• Engage with investors and stakeholders to support growth objectives.
• Coordinate government and public‑sector relations to expand reach.
• Design new products and service offers that enhance the company’s value proposition.
• Ensure partner satisfaction and long‑term relationship value.
• Oversee team effectiveness across all growth functions.

Required profile

• Senior commercial leader with a proven track record in business development, growth or strategy, preferably in luxury hospitality or premium brands.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue, building partnerships and entering new markets.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with private, public and high‑net‑worth stakeholders.
• Strong judgement in brand, marketing and communications, capable of representing a premium brand externally.
• Relevant academic qualification; an MBA or postgraduate degree is an advantage.
