Head of Sales

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale a high‑growth B2B sales function. In this senior position you will shape the commercial strategy, drive enterprise revenue, and build lasting strategic client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales and business development strategy.
• Drive new‑business acquisition and revenue growth across target markets.
• Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients.
• Lead complex sales cycles from prospecting through solution development, negotiation and closure.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Maintain senior stakeholder relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Establish strategic partnerships and channel opportunities.
• Provide accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, product and customer success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
• Extensive experience selling B2B solutions to corporate clients.
• Success in business development, key account management and strategic partnerships.
• Experience managing full sales cycles and complex commercial negotiations.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑development capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Strategic yet hands‑on approach to driving growth.
