Sales Manager - Luxury Real Estate

About the role

Jobberman is hiring a Sales Manager in Lagos for a full-time position focused on luxury real estate. The role covers strategy, lead generation, client relationships and sales reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team.
• Generate and convert qualified property sales leads, and manage the sales pipeline with effective follow-up.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, HNIs, investors and business partners.
• Oversee negotiations and sales conversion, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, develop strategic partnerships and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including off-plan luxury real estate projects.
• Proven end-to-end real estate sales experience, especially in the luxury residential segment, with a strong network of potential buyers, investors and high-value property clients.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos luxury real estate market, particularly Ikeja GRA and surrounding prime locations.
• Experience engaging and converting HNWIs/HNIs and other affluent clients, and handling the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
