Head of Real Estate (Development Manager)

About the role

Strivolabs is seeking a seasoned Head of Real Estate to lead the delivery of high‑profile development and construction projects in Nigeria. This senior position will oversee projects from feasibility through handover, ensuring they meet safety, schedule, budget and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of multiple real‑estate development and construction projects.
• Develop and manage execution plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and specialist consultants throughout each project lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, contractor selection, tender processes and contract administration.
• Manage statutory approvals, regulatory submissions and stakeholder engagement.
• Serve as primary client contact, presenting progress reports and managing expectations.
• Support business development by preparing proposals, tenders and identifying new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in real‑estate development, construction project delivery or commercial management.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong track record of delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Executive‑level communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
