Head of Procurement

About the role

The Head of Procurement will lead the Group’s purchasing function, shaping strategy, managing supplier relationships and ensuring cost‑effective sourcing across all subsidiaries. This senior position reports to senior management and drives procurement excellence in a fast‑growing IT & Telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a Group‑wide procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
• Establish approved vendor frameworks and lead annual procurement planning and budgeting.
• Source, evaluate, onboard and negotiate contracts with vendors, ensuring favourable pricing, SLAs and payment terms.
• Maintain a centralised supplier database and conduct periodic performance reviews.
• Draft, review and manage procurement contracts in collaboration with legal teams, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor procurement budgets, approve purchase requests and implement cost‑control mechanisms.
• Design and enforce SOPs, introduce automation tools and maintain proper documentation.
• Supervise procurement staff, assign responsibilities and provide performance evaluations.
• Prepare and review weekly, monthly and quarterly procurement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA) or professional certification (CIPS, CPSM) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of procurement or supply‑chain experience, preferably across technology, services and logistics.
• Strong commercial awareness, high integrity and excellent stakeholder management.
