About the role
The Head of Operations will lead the operational functions of ESSO Properties Limited, ensuring efficient workflow across agents, brokers and administrative teams while overseeing property development projects in Lagos.
Key responsibilities
- Design and continuously improve daily workflows to maximise efficiency for agents, brokers and support staff.
- Monitor construction and development sites, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs and prepare regular financial reports.
- Recruit, train, mentor and evaluate staff, setting clear performance targets for sales and support teams.
- Ensure compliance with local property laws, zoning regulations and government requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with contractors, lawyers, surveyors and other external vendors.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar operations leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and lead cross‑functional teams.
