Head of Operations – Executive Director for Parkinson’s Non‑Profit

About the role

As Head of Operations, you will be the backbone of the organization, ensuring fiscal accountability and operational excellence. You’ll oversee everything from complex resource allocation to HR strategy and program lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Refine internal controls and streamline workflows for maximum efficiency.
• Manage budgets, cost‑control measures, and audit readiness.
• Develop KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee HR operations, talent planning, and performance management.
• Ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.
• Promote an organizational culture rooted in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Supervise logistics, inventory control, and facility operations to provide a conducive environment for mission delivery.

Required profile

• 12+ years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (NGO experience highly preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or Finance (Master’s/Professional certification a plus).
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and a knack for navigating fast‑paced environments.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to thrive in resource‑constrained settings.
