About the role
The Head of Operations will steer the bank's daily banking and fintech activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and robust operational controls. This senior position reports directly to senior management and plays a pivotal role in the institution's growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day banking and fintech operations.
- Oversee customer and account operations, transaction processing, and settlement oversight.
- Strengthen operational controls and risk mitigation frameworks.
- Drive service delivery excellence across all operational touchpoints.
- Collaborate with technology and product teams to enhance digital banking capabilities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or a related discipline.
- MBA or MSc is an additional advantage.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, payments or fintech operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing digital banking operations, transaction processing, and customer/account services.
