About the role

Resiliv is creating a global Marketing & Growth function to support its expansion across multiple markets. As Head of Marketing & Growth you will lead strategy, oversee execution, and drive revenue‑focused marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and growth strategy.
  • Own lead generation, pipeline growth and marketing ROI.
  • Define and manage core KPIs such as CAC, CPL and conversion rates.
  • Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all markets.
  • Manage paid marketing, content and digital channels.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external marketing teams.
  • Drive demand‑generation strategies globally.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimise for growth.
  • Partner with senior leadership on revenue and expansion strategy.

Required profile

  • 7‑10 years of experience in marketing, growth or digital marketing.
  • At least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in B2B or service‑based industries.
  • Proven experience managing paid ads, content and lead generation.
  • Strong analytical and performance‑marketing skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and analytics tools.
  • Preferred experience in multi‑market or international marketing and building functions from scratch.
  • Background in tech, consulting, logistics or professional services.
