About the role

The Social Media Publishing & Response Assistant Intern will support SGMALL’s online presence by scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, and engaging with the audience across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and X.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions and respond promptly and professionally.
Escalate complaints or sensitive issues when necessary.
Track engagement metrics and maintain a content publishing calendar.
Assist with captions, hashtags, basic content planning and identify trending topics.
Prepare simple reports on social media activities and audience responses.

Required profile

Good understanding of major social media platforms.
Strong written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
Basic computer literacy, attention to detail and a proactive, organised attitude.
Must reside around Agric, Ogolonto, Isawo, or Ikorodu Garage.

Required skills

Familiarity with Canva or similar content creation tools (advantage).
