Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to develop and execute social media strategies that align with B‑MACO's brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, creating 6–7 high‑quality content pieces per week.
• Produce, shoot and edit Reels and short‑form videos using tools such as CapCut.
• Design professional graphics and branded assets with Canva or similar tools.
• Maintain weekly and monthly content calendars and ensure a consistent premium brand aesthetic.
• Engage with the community, respond to comments and messages, and apply social media SEO techniques.
• Monitor analytics, generate performance reports and use insights to improve strategy.
• Identify and coordinate influencers, micro‑influencers and UGC creators.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to link content to enquiries, leads and sales.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media for consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong creative thinking, storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Commercial awareness of how social media drives enquiries and sales.

Required skills

• Canva (or similar design tool)
• CapCut (or similar video editing tool)
• Instagram, TikTok, Facebook platform expertise
• Social media SEO, hashtags and discoverability
• Analytics interpretation and reporting
• Influencer/UGC coordination
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, CapCut AI, Meta AI
• Meta Ads Manager (preferred, willingness to learn acceptable)
