Head of Marketing and Communications

About the role

The Head of Marketing and Communications will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing and communication strategies that enhance brand positioning, generate demand, and support growth for a technology services provider. Reporting to senior leadership, this role combines brand management, digital marketing, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive marketing and communications plans aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across internal and external channels.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline growth through digital campaigns, events and strategic partnerships.
• Manage digital assets including website, social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
• Lead content creation and thought‑leadership initiatives to translate technical solutions into market‑focused narratives.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and leadership on go‑to‑market, employer branding and internal communications.
• Handle public relations, media relations and reputation management for key stakeholder groups.
• Set marketing KPIs, control budgets, manage vendors and report performance insights to executives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing and communications experience, including 3‑5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven background in IT services, technology or B2B professional services.
• Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
