Head of Finance – Global Finance Shared Services Lead

About the role

Resiliv is building a scalable Global Finance Shared Services function to support its rapid international expansion. As Head of Finance you will lead the design and execution of financial systems, governance, and reporting across multiple markets, enabling data‑driven decision‑making at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive global financial strategy and governance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and ensure accurate consolidation across entities.
• Supervise cash flow, liquidity and treasury management.
• Maintain strong internal controls, risk‑management frameworks and compliance with IFRS and local regulations.
• Build and scale a global finance shared services function.
• Lead process improvement, automation and system optimisation.
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic and investment decisions.
• Recruit, develop and lead the finance team.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3+ years in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proven experience in multi‑entity or multinational finance environments.
• Background in financial planning, reporting, treasury and controls.
• Experience building or managing finance teams or shared services functions.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and international finance standards.
• Ability to operate in fast‑growth, dynamic, global organisations.
