Head of Construction

About the role

A leading real estate development company is seeking an experienced and results‑driven Head of Construction. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of all construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Enforce HSE compliance and quality control standards across all sites.
• Provide strategic input on project feasibility and cost planning.
• Report on project progress to executive management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 7 years' experience in construction management, preferably in real estate development.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., COREN, NIOB, NIQS) is an advantage.
