Handyman – Lagos

About the role

The Handyman will deliver high‑quality general maintenance services across multiple client sites in Lagos. Working independently and leading a small on‑site team, the role focuses on safety, service delivery and client satisfaction while ensuring facilities meet agreed standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance and repair work across various client locations.
• Supervise and support on‑site team members, allocate tasks and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior staff.
• Accurately report work digitally using mobile applications.
• Communicate effectively with clients and management.
• Support specialist teams as required.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in general building and facilities maintenance.
• Experience supervising or managing a small team.
• Trade‑related qualification or technical certificate (advantageous).
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Strong communication skills and professional client interaction.
• High reliability, integrity and attention to detail.
