Growth Product Manager

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment solutions, is looking for a Growth Product Manager in its Marketing department. The role identifies and executes strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention, shapes the company's market presence and uses data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns. It is a full-time, hybrid position at mid-to-senior level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies covering user acquisition, activation and retention.
• Identify, test and scale new customer acquisition channels across digital and non-digital platforms.
• Optimise paid and organic channels such as PPC, SEO, email, social media and content marketing.
• Work with product and engineering teams to improve the user funnel, conversions and customer experience.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaigns, track KPIs and generate insights.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, and run A/B tests and experiments.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals and manage budgets for high ROI.
• Develop partnerships and strategic collaborations to expand market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in growth or performance marketing, preferably in fintech, e-commerce or tech.
• Knowledge of financial services or fintech is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Marketing analytics and KPIs, with tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Paid channel management: Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• A/B testing, user segmentation and conversion rate optimisation.
• Problem-solving, communication, leadership and collaboration skills.
