Growth & Marketing Lead

About the role

PayMesh is seeking a hands‑on Growth & Marketing Lead to shape its brand, attract early adopters, acquire merchants and drive market presence for its innovative payment infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall growth and marketing strategy, define target audiences, positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with the social media manager to plan content calendars, campaigns, product explainers and educational videos.
• Design and test user‑acquisition channels, track the customer journey and optimise conversion.
• Identify and engage prospective merchants, build a pipeline, support outreach and pilot recruitment.
• Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, prepare weekly growth reports and manage the marketing budget.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in growth or digital marketing with proven acquisition results.
• Experience creating and measuring multi‑channel campaigns and using analytics tools.
• Ability to work in an early‑stage startup, take ownership and execute with limited resources.
• Strong communication, analytical and project‑management skills.
