Growth Marketing Executive

About the role

Inovação Ltd, an IT company that builds technology solutions for organisations of all sizes, is hiring a Growth Marketing Executive to drive consumer growth across its products. The role owns B2C acquisition and conversion, with real ownership and the chance to shape growth across several brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive app downloads, direct bookings, paid media (Meta/Google), referrals and promotions.
• Plan and run consumer campaigns across membership, food, digital and lifestyle brands.
• Optimise CAC, ROAS, retention and channel performance with clear reporting.
• Work with the Partnerships team on consumer-facing activations.
• Brief creatives and manage performance campaigns.

Required profile

• 3-5 years in growth, performance or digital marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and Google Ads and analytics.
• Comfortable working across hospitality, membership, food and app products.
• Based in Lagos.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in technology and understanding of B2B or SaaS business models is an advantage.

Required skills

• Market planning and market research to identify opportunities, audiences and go-to-market strategies.
• Sales and marketing skills to design campaigns that generate leads, convert and retain customers.
• Experience with digital channels such as social media, email and search, and basic analytics tools.
• Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast pace.
