Growth Marketing & Brand Partnerships Lead

About the role

This strategic, execution‑heavy hybrid position is designed for a marketer who is passionate about driving real business growth, positioning premium wellness brands, and building influential partnerships. You will lead initiatives that elevate Sage & She Wellness from Level A to Level B through bold marketing, strong relationship‑building, and cultural relevance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost visibility, client acquisition, and retention.
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, including performance tracking, paid ads, and analytics.
• Grow and manage the company’s LinkedIn presence to attract corporate wellness clients.
• Supervise the Social Media Manager, ensuring alignment with brand strategy across platforms.
• Identify, pursue, and manage brand‑aligned partnerships with corporate, media, and lifestyle entities.
• Represent Sage & She Wellness in meetings with external stakeholders and pitch the Corporate Wellness Program to HR decision‑makers.
• Plan and execute strategic wellness events such as The Sage Morning, Women’s Week activations, and retreats.
• Manage PR and media relations, securing interviews, feature placements, and brand storytelling opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, or PR (wellness, lifestyle or beauty experience is a plus).
• Demonstrated success in driving brand or business growth through digital channels and partnerships.
• Excellent writing and communication skills for social media, pitch decks, and outreach.
• Strong network—or ability to build one—among Abuja’s aspirational community and corporate decision‑makers.
• Proactive, confident, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for wellness and women‑centered brands.
