Graphic and Digital Designer

About the role

Belyfted is looking for a creative and technically skilled Graphic and Multimedia Designer to design, develop and produce high-quality digital and web media. The role covers branding, animation, illustration and multimedia online platforms, supporting organisational communication, marketing and digital engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design graphics, illustrations and layouts for digital and print channels such as websites, social media, promotional material, reports and presentations.
• Create multimedia content including animations, video graphics and motion design.
• Work with marketing, communications and product teams so outputs match brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Translate business and client needs into creative visual concepts.
• Edit visual content optimised for multiple platforms and devices.
• Maintain and update digital asset libraries with consistent media.
• Embed accessibility and inclusivity standards in all designs.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline; relevant industry experience may be considered in lieu of a formal qualification.
• Strong portfolio showing high-quality graphic and multimedia work.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines, with good communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of visual design principles, typography, colour theory and layout.
• Experience creating multimedia content for websites, social media and other digital platforms.
• Desirable: UI/UX design, HTML/CSS, digital publishing tools, 3D animation or interactive media, brand strategy and visual identity knowledge.
