Graphics Designer Associate

About the role

The Associate Graphics Designer is a key contributor to the organization's mission, creating engaging, brand-aligned visual materials that strengthen communication, advocacy and digital interaction. Reporting under the Communications and Research Department, the role ensures consistent visual standards across all channels and supports publications, strategic initiatives and events. The ideal candidate is creative and meticulous, with a solid grasp of design fundamentals, brand protocols and current digital media trends.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver premium visual assets for reports, presentations, digital campaigns, social media and print media.
• Apply brand guidelines to keep the visual identity consistent across all outputs.
• Design infographics, promotional flyers, banners, posters and advocacy resources tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Partner with the Communications team on digital campaigns and media visibility strategies.
• Refine and prepare visual materials for events, programs and outreach activities.
• Help create multimedia content such as video thumbnails, animations and interactive graphics when needed.

Required profile

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showing versatility in digital and print media.
• Deep understanding of branding principles and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, keen attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
