Grants and Partnerships Manager

About the role

CredPal, a financial technology company offering credit cards and investment opportunities, is looking for a Grants and Partnerships Manager (full time, hybrid, mid-senior level) to lead the identification, acquisition and management of grants, partnerships and strategic collaborations. The role suits a proactive professional with strong networking, relationship-building and grant management skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and pursue grant opportunities that support organizational goals
• Develop proposals, grant applications and reports to secure funding and meet donor requirements
• Oversee grant implementation and management, ensuring compliance with funding requirements and timelines
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with donors, organizations and stakeholders, including negotiating partnership agreements
• Maintain knowledge of donor priorities and industry trends
• Monitor and evaluate grants and partnerships, preparing detailed impact reports
• Foster relationships with local and international organizations to expand CredPal's network and visibility
• Coordinate with internal teams on fund use and project alignment, and represent CredPal at external meetings, workshops and networking events

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Public Administration or a related field; a Master's is a plus
• Proven experience in grant writing, grant management or partnerships (minimum 3-5 years)
• Demonstrated success securing grants and managing multi-stakeholder partnerships
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills, and strong organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency with grant management tools and CRM systems
• Understanding of donor priorities, compliance regulations and reporting requirements
• Research and analysis of funding opportunities
