Graduate Trainee – Sales & Inventory

About the role

This Graduate Trainee position offers fresh graduates the chance to develop a solid foundation in sales, customer service, and inventory management within a fast‑moving IT & Telecoms environment. You will receive comprehensive product and sales training while supporting daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and master the company’s product range, specifications, pricing, and stock availability.
• Participate in product and sales training sessions and understand the sales process and customer service standards.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as stock identification, counting, arrangement, documentation, and reconciliation.
• Support the Sales and Inventory teams with daily activities and use the company’s ERP system.
• Recommend suitable products to customers under supervision and handle product‑related enquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of product and stock information.
• Complete assessments, product tests, and practical exercises to demonstrate continuous improvement.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in any discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interest in sales, customer service, inventory, or retail operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to learn and retain extensive product information.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
