Graduate Telesales Trainee – Entry Level

About the role

CoolBucks is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Trainee to join its Lagos office and support the sales of public‑sector loan products. This on‑site, entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in telephone and digital marketing while helping customers secure fast financing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential public‑sector clients such as NPF, FCTA, Customs, Correctional Services, and tertiary institutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers through outbound calls and web outreach.
• Present loan offerings, prepare weekly sales plans, and track performance against targets.
• Execute digital and telephone marketing campaigns to generate leads.

Required profile

• OND, HND or University degree in any discipline.
• 0‑2 years of post‑NYSC experience.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in the public sector.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Good writing ability and the capacity to develop weekly sales plans.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
