Graduate Internship Program 2022 – Cyber Security

About the role

The Dangote Group is offering a Graduate Internship Program for 2022 focused on cyber security and IT infrastructure. Interns will support the security team in Lagos, gaining hands‑on experience with enterprise‑level technologies and incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing security events and investigating incidents to determine root causes.
• Manage and respond to security requests received via email and internal portals.
• Support Microsoft 365 Enterprise workloads and Azure environments.
• Run vulnerability scans and help review assessment reports.
• Participate in workforce awareness training on information‑security standards.
• Prepare technical and executive‑level reports on security defects and SLA compliance.
• Update documentation for policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Conduct basic forensics analysis and operate security tools such as firewalls, privileged‑access management and DLP solutions.

Required profile

• Strong interest in IT and cyber security.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
