Global Trainee Program – Process Technology Analyst

About the role

Join Tenaris’ Global Trainee Program, a two‑year full‑time development track designed to build future leaders in process technology. You will work on advanced tubular products for the energy sector, gaining exposure to worldwide colleagues and Tenaris’ industrial heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality assurance for end products by analysing manufacturing performance and designing or improving practices.
• Comply with established quality standards, design stable defect‑free processes and track procedures from generation to implementation.
• Optimize processes using technological information, competitor benchmarking and coordinate R&D activities in the area.
• Deliver technical support for new projects related to the line/process.
• Monitor product‑quality results, analyse issues and implement action plans to satisfy internal and external customers.
• Collaborate on cost‑objective achievement by optimising the use of relevant supplies.
• Verify that machinery and instruments meet performance and efficiency criteria.
• Incorporate energy‑saving considerations into process development phases.
• Follow Tenaris policies, procedures, applicable laws and protect facilities and equipment.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with at least a second‑class upper result.
• Strong process‑improvement mindset.
• Proficiency with basic data‑analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
• Knowledge of line‑pipe coating (advantage).
• Completion of NYSC (mandatory).
