General Manager – Superior Luxury Hotel

About the role

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership and overall operational oversight for a superior luxury hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, profitability, and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, developing and implementing strategic plans aligned with the hotel’s vision and profitability targets.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring compliance with luxury hospitality standards and driving continuous improvement.
• Ensure delivery of world‑class guest service, handling VIP guests, escalated complaints, and special requests while monitoring feedback to enhance service.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans; monitor revenue performance, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and implement cost‑control measures.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to increase occupancy and revenue, develop brand positioning strategies, and support promotional campaigns.
• Lead and motivate departmental heads and staff, fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous development.
• Maintain superior luxury standards through routine quality assurance, brand compliance, and regular audits.
