General Manager – South Region

About the role

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership for Monas Consulting’s South Region, overseeing all operational activities and driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee company operations within the South Region.
• Drive business growth, revenue generation, and achieve regional sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage high‑performing teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, investors, regulators and other key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities and enhance market penetration.
• Resolve operational, customer and stakeholder issues while managing business risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and execute regional business strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and report to Executive Management.
• Represent the company in negotiations, partnerships and business engagements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of progressive management experience, including at least 6 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, operational excellence and revenue performance.
• Experience in real estate, property development, construction or related sectors is highly preferred.
