Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and highly creative Brand Manager to own the All Talentz brand identity, market positioning, and public perception. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will ensure brand consistency across all touch points and drive engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals and market expansion.
• Act as the primary guardian of visual identity, voice, and messaging guidelines across internal and external channels.
• Collaborate daily with the Comms and Marketing coordinating team to align brand initiatives with PR, corporate communications, and digital marketing.
• Lead brand‑awareness campaigns, product launches, and corporate events such as hackathons and webinars.
• Establish and track key brand‑health metrics, conduct audits, and present data‑driven insights to optimize performance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or corporate communications, preferably in B2B technology, healthcare or financial sectors.
• Proven ability to develop 30‑60‑90‑day roadmaps and long‑term brand positioning strategies.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a track record of coordinating cross‑functional communications and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical aptitude with familiarity in market research, SEO optimization and data‑analytics tools.
