Fullstack Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

We are looking for a mid‑level Fullstack Engineer with strong Flutter experience to join our fintech team in Lagos. You will work on both web and mobile applications, enhancing existing solutions and building new, secure, scalable features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using PHP/Laravel, Flutter, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Implement and manage databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB) and cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, and Cloudways.
• Write clean, documented code, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and third‑party partners to integrate APIs and resolve technical issues.
• Automate business processes and support continuous integration pipelines (Git, Jenkins).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software development experience, preferably in fintech.
• Proven full‑stack development experience with web and mobile applications.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and integrate generative AI tools into daily work.
