Fulfilment Associate

About the role

Famasi Limited is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented person with a degree in Pharmacy or a related field to join its Operations Team as Fulfilment Associate. You will ensure customers receive their orders on time, packed efficiently and with the right medications, with end-to-end tracking, collaboration and documentation. You will also build a smooth working relationship with pharmacy partners and act as the link between the Care team and customers, keeping prices clear and logistics costs low.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient fulfillment processes.
• Oversee fulfillment channels with customers, including individuals and providers.
• Keep prices and price forecasts up to date and clearly communicated to the team.
• Manage last-mile delivery processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and keep accurate records.
• Deliver empathetic, adaptable customer service and foster a respectful, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy or a related field; good knowledge of medication is a big plus.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmacy or medication supply chain management.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.
• Emotional stability and resilience.
• Strong organizational, time management, leadership and logistics management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, initiative and adaptability.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online tools.
• Logistics and last-mile delivery coordination.
