About the role
The Front Desk Officer will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests at Jorvit School. This role involves handling inquiries, managing phone calls, and supporting daily administrative operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and guests warmly and professionally.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and direct visitors to relevant personnel.
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate staff.
- Manage front desk operations, including mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and records.
- Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative duties.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate with staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.
