Freelance Women's Wear Designer

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Women’s Wear Designer to create a 10‑piece capsule collection that reflects Anko’s clean, modern, and timeless aesthetic. This project‑based position is open to designers worldwide and offers the chance to shape a cohesive collection from concept to final design.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize original design ideas that align with the Anko brand identity.
• Develop a 10‑look capsule collection with a strong narrative and visual direction.
• Produce detailed flat sketches for each design.
• Create moodboards and reference documents to support the collection’s creative direction.
• Provide technical considerations to ensure production feasibility.
• (Optional) Prepare basic tech packs for each design.

Required profile

• Proven experience in women’s wear design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, refined aesthetics.
• Understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Ability to interpret and work within an existing brand identity.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
