Interior Design Architect

About the role

We are looking for an Interior Design Architect to lead the production of schematic designs, design development, and construction documents for commercial interior projects. The role involves close collaboration with clients, field measurements, and coordination of project schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of schematic designs, design development, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate and maintain project schedules while meeting with clients to capture briefs.
• Conduct field measurements and detailed site surveys.
• Prepare and update furniture and finish schedules, as well as related design documentation.
• Continuously explore new design and construction methods and ensure detailed design information.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• High creativity, imagination, and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in commercial interior projects with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Adobe Suite.
• Proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software.
• Ability to perform accurate field measurements and convert them to CAD and 3D models.
