About the role
We are looking for a proactive Freelance Recruiter to join our team and support client hiring needs across Nigeria. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, source and attract qualified candidates through online platforms, professional networks and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate suitability for specific roles.
- Match candidate profiles to client requirements and submit timely, well‑presented candidate dossiers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them engaged.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to meet recurring and future client demands.
- Collaborate closely with the Work Gratitude recruitment team to ensure client satisfaction and successful placements.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- At least an HND qualification.
