Freelance Marketer – Lead Generation for School Management Software

About the role

We are looking for a Freelance Marketer to drive lead generation and client acquisition for our School Management Software. The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, presenting the solution to school decision‑makers, and supporting the sales pipeline from prospecting to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect primary and secondary business opportunities in the education sector.
• Generate qualified leads through field marketing, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for school owners, administrators, principals, and management teams.
• Communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the software clearly.
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product improvement and competitive positioning.
• Achieve assigned lead generation, client acquisition, and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Submit periodic marketing and sales reports to management.
• Collaborate with implementation and customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: OND (Ordinary National Diploma).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or business development role.
• Entry‑level/Junior candidate with a proven track record of lead generation.
