Founding Team Member – Full‑time Remote

About the role

Join CONSENT as a founding‑team member and help shape a privacy‑focused platform that gives users control over AI‑driven data access. This full‑time, remote position lets you work directly with the founders to define product vision, build core systems, and create a user‑centric, compliant service.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on product strategy, roadmap and user‑journey design.
• Gather feedback from early adopters, iterate quickly, and prioritize features.
• Contribute to building core infrastructure, documentation, and operational processes.
• Own a specific domain (e.g., product, engineering, design, security, or go‑to‑market) based on expertise.
• Work closely with founders to make trade‑offs, ensure security, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in early‑stage startup initiatives, product discovery, or rapid experimentation.
• Background in at least one relevant area such as product management, software engineering, UX/UI design, security & privacy, or business operations.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting, take ownership of outcomes, and communicate clearly in English.
• Comfort with ambiguity, bias toward action, and strong interest in data privacy, AI permissions, and infrastructure products.

Required skills

• Experience engaging with users or customers and translating feedback into product improvements.
• Familiarity with modern remote‑work tooling, documentation, and collaboration practices.
