About the role

The Technical Change Management Specialist will oversee and drive technical change initiatives across our systems, applications, and business processes. This role ensures that changes are planned, communicated, and executed smoothly, minimizing disruption while supporting organizational objectives.

Key responsibilities

Manage and coordinate technical changes across systems, applications, and business processes.
Assess change impacts, develop implementation plans, and monitor adoption.
Coordinate technical teams and communicate changes to stakeholders.
Ensure changes are documented, tested, approved, and implemented with minimal disruption.

Required profile

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Degree in a related field.
Strong change management, technical understanding, and stakeholder management abilities.
