Forklift Driver

About the role

The Forklift Driver role at BAGCO is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Sharada. You will safely operate forklifts to move, load and unload materials within the warehouse and production areas, supporting efficient material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to transport, load and unload goods safely.
• Organise, stack and arrange goods, assisting with packing activities.
• Support shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
• Conduct routine forklift inspections and report any equipment or material issues.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production and logistics teams to maintain clean, orderly work areas.

Required profile

• Strong forklift operation skills, including safe driving and load handling.
• Experience in material handling and unloading within warehouse or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes and documentation.
• Ability to assist with packing and organising goods.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and commitment to safe practices.
• Relevant forklift certification or licence; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
