Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis for VerifyMe Nigeria. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn data into strategic insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the company’s budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial performance and deliver actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Monitor key financial and operational performance indicators.
• Support business case development and investment analysis.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
• Present financial insights to senior leadership and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and process improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used for reporting and planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, financial modelling or data analysis.
• Professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA or CFA are a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial management tools.
• Proficiency with data‑visualisation tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.
