Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead group‑level consolidation, multi‑dimensional reporting, and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) across our global operations. The role will be central to building a scalable, standardized, and insight‑driven FP&A function.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage a 3‑tier consolidation framework (Entity → Country → Business Unit → Group) and perform monthly group consolidation.
• Lead the AOP process, standardize templates, coordinate inputs from all geographies, and consolidate budgets at BU, Country, and Group levels.
• Maintain mapping structures, chart of accounts standardization, and dynamic consolidation templates.
• Manage intercompany eliminations and resolve mismatches with global finance teams.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports (bank & cash, working capital, inventory, shipment tracking) with variance analysis.
• Coordinate with the Head of Finance – Nigeria and other global finance teams to ensure data quality and timeliness.
• Maintain the books of accounts for the Mauritius holding entity, oversee month‑end close, and ensure audit and statutory compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial consolidation, budgeting, and multi‑dimensional reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple countries and business units.
