Financial Analyst

About the role

Fiscal 12 is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join its strategic finance team. You will support forecasting and planning for manufacturing and product‑based clients by building rolling forecasts, cash‑flow models, and KPI dashboards that turn data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
• Create cash‑flow models that link operational data with financial drivers.
• Collaborate with clients on workforce and capacity planning to improve efficiency and margins.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, perform variance analysis, and deliver clear insights.
• Analyze financial statements and build KPI dashboards to track performance.
• Support scenario modeling and ad‑hoc analysis for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field (Master’s, CFA or CPA a plus).
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling or business analysis.
• Experience with manufacturing, logistics or product‑based businesses is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex analysis.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
