Financial Advisor – Client Solutions (Benin City)

About the role

Prudential Zenith Life Insurance is seeking a full‑time Financial Advisor to join its Benin City team. You will provide personalized financial guidance, helping clients understand and select life‑insurance and protection products that match their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with new and existing clients to assess financial needs and goals.
• Conduct detailed financial needs analyses and prepare tailored proposals.
• Explain life‑insurance, protection, retirement and investment options clearly.
• Support clients through the application, onboarding and policy issuance process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners and participate in sales campaigns.
• Track performance against targets and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Share market insights with colleagues and contribute to business growth in Benin City.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning abilities, including budgeting, goal setting and protection planning.
• Solid understanding of finance principles relevant to insurance, savings and wealth‑building solutions.
• Knowledge of retirement planning and long‑term savings strategies.
• Familiarity with investment and risk‑management concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field (preferred).
• Relevant professional certifications and prior experience in insurance, banking or financial services are advantageous.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance, integrity and high‑quality customer service.
