About the role
The Finance Supervisor will lead the daily finance operations for Tribest Corporate Support in Warri, Nigeria. This full-time, on-site position ensures the integrity of financial transactions, supports strategic planning and collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage funds, deposits and loan activities.
- Review and verify financial statements and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Supervise finance staff, providing guidance and performance oversight.
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support internal and external audits and conduct branch visits.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements with compliance to standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with high attention to detail.
- Ability to supervise, mentor and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication of financial information.
- Prior experience working in a bank (mandatory).
