Finance Operations Officer

About the role

The Finance Operations Officer will support the investment operations function of Norrenberger Asset Management, ensuring accurate booking, reconciliation and liquidation of transactions. You will act as a key liaison between the firm, custodians and brokers to maintain smooth processing of client orders.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with custodians, brokers and other counterparties to ensure timely processing and reconciliation of positions.
• Execute subscriptions and redemptions accurately, adhering to mandate details such as rates, tenors and interest payments.
• Process daily client maturities for payment or reinvestment.
• Reconcile monthly activities, prepare year‑end reports and submit them to management.
• Manage bank accounts to guarantee sufficient liquid funds.
• Provide prompt guidance and response to client requests.
• Verify that all client documentation for account opening, subscriptions and redemptions is complete before processing.
• Issue investment letters and certificates immediately after transaction execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of finance operations management experience, preferably in asset management or commercial banking.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and related operational processes.
• Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
