Finance & Operations Manager

About the role

The Finance & Operations Manager will shape financial strategy and drive operational excellence across Miri Africa. Reporting to senior leadership, you will ensure robust financial performance while streamlining day‑to‑day processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with growth objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, cash‑flow projections and management reports.
• Oversee accounting operations, internal controls, treasury and working‑capital management.
• Coordinate audits, tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Lead day‑to‑day operational processes, vendor management and cross‑functional coordination.
• Identify gaps and drive process‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead fundraising, grant and investor‑relations activities, preparing proposals and monitoring fund utilization.
• Support strategic planning, KPI development and board reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in finance, operations or strategic management.
• Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations or grant management.
• Professional certifications (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CPA) are a plus.
