About the role
A fast-growing medical technology solutions company providing healthcare equipment and services across Nigeria is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced accountant to manage its financial operations, ensure compliance and support business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ledgers and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets and cash flow reports
- Handle tax filings, PAYE, VAT and regulatory compliance
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and vendor payments
- Monitor inventory costing for medical equipment
- Liaise with auditors, banks and regulatory bodies
- Provide financial insights to support management decisions
Required profile
- B.Sc/HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 3-5 years of accounting experience; healthcare/medtech experience is a plus
- ICAN / ACCA certification or in view is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
Required skills
- QuickBooks, Zoho or other accounting software
- Excel
