Finance Officer

About the role

The Finance Officer will support Kayomix Ltd’s manufacturing and warehousing operations in Abeokuta, ensuring financial processes are accurate, compliant, and efficient. You will work closely with the Control Unit and other departments to maintain financial integrity and support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure standard operating procedures are followed and identify gaps for improvement.
• Investigate theft, fraud, or suspicious staff activities.
• Process payments to vendors, fuel suppliers, and offloader wages.
• Collaborate with the Control Unit to prepare monthly and quarterly warehouse budgets.
• Verify authorizations for write‑offs, discounts, and damaged stock adjustments.
• Track compliance with tax, VAT remittances, and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong numerical accuracy and professional integrity.
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts.
• Based in Abeokuta, Ogun State and surroundings.
• NYSC discharge certificate is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with financial software.
