Finance Manager

About the role

As Finance Manager at Norrenberger Asset Management Limited you will lead all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, budgeting and forecasting. You will act as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership, driving tax administration, performance measurement and continuous finance process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enforce accounting policies and procedures, overseeing outsourced functions.
• Ensure timely payment of accounts payable, capture discounts, and manage accounts receivable collections.
• Perform periodic bank reconciliations and manage debt payments.
• Maintain chart of accounts, oversee general ledger accuracy and tax compliance (VAT, WHT, PAYE).
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts and financial statements for internal and regulator use.
• Coordinate corporate annual report and provide information for external audits.
• Monitor financial performance, benchmark operations and champion finance process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of finance experience, preferably in an asset management firm.
• Professional certifications such as CFA, ACA or ACCA are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in financial software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
